Welcome to the Infinite Campus Parents
and Student Portal Welcome Page
Infinite Campus is a web-based student
information system that provides instant and real-time
information to those users with an internet connection who
have students in our schools. Additionally, Infinite Campus
is a family-based system, which means parents/guardians of
secondary [gr. 7-12] students can use one log-in to view
information for their children. The Campus Portal is a secure web site that
offers an easy way to access important
school-related information about your children's
attendance in each class, daily schedule of courses, status
of any fees for which they are responsible, five-week reports
and report cards to date, and current grades and assignments.
Activation Key In order to gain access to Campus Portal,
you must first activate and set up your Campus Portal
account. Your Activation Key and directions for
setting up your account was included in the information your
child received in their agenda at the start of this school
year. If you did not get this information, please
contact the Counseling Office: Hilton High School:
585-392-1000 ext. 2240; Merton Williams: 585-392-1000 ext. 3191 to obtain your
Activation Key.

If you cannot remember your login credentials, please go to
the Campus Portal Login page and select the link,
Problems logging in?
Submit your email address. If we have your email
address in our records, Campus Portal will email your login
information to you. If your email address is not in Campus
Portal, please contact your child’s counseling office.
DISABLED
ACCOUNT Campus Portal is a secure web site.
If there are too many unsuccessful login attempts for your
username, Campus Portal will automatically disable your
account. Should this happen, please contact us at
icportal@hilton.k12.ny.us
FIRST TIME USERS First
time users of Campus Portal must have an activation key to
set up an account. If you do
not have your activation key, please contact your child’s
school counseling office: Hilton High School: 585-392-1000 ext.
2240; Merton Williams: 585-392-1000 ext. 3191. If you have your
activation key, please refer to "Activating Your Campus
Portal Account" below for directions on setting up your
account for the first time.
CAMPUS
PORTAL GRADEBOOK Parents Can Check Child’s Grades with
Campus Portal The Campus Portal, an online module of our student management
system, was launched for the parents of Merton Williams and
Hilton High School students. Campus Portal is a secure
web site that provides any easy way for parents/guardians to
access important school-related information about your
children. Campus Portal provides parents with access to
their child’s attendance in each class; daily schedule of
courses; status of any fees for which they are responsible;
five-week reports and report cards to date, and On May 3,
access to the Campus Portal Gradebook view goes live. The
Gradebook view enables parents to select a course and see
their child’s current grades and assignments for that
course. Grades and assignments are updated when teachers
update their grade books in Infinite Campus. These updates
vary from teacher to teacher.
