Hilton High School has announced the AP Scholar Awards for 2010-11  

The AP Program of the College Board offers several AP Scholar Awards to recognize high school students who have demonstrated college-level achievement through AP courses and exams.  Although there is no monetary award, in addition to receiving an award certificate, this achievement is acknowledged on any AP score report that is sent to colleges. 

Award winners [some of whom graduated in June 2010] are: Scholars with Distinction [granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams]: Jonathan Jackson, Emily Jones, Michael Nothhard, Stephanie Summa; Scholars with Honor [granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams: Tatiana Baglioni, Katherine Best, Paul Campbell, Bryan Cuckovich, Tyler Halstead, Charles Hasenauer, Jessica Hogestyn, Mary Juergens, Christina Lodato, Gabrielle Price, Nathaniel Schreiber; AP Scholars [granted to students who receive scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP exams]: Timothy Allan, Holly Bliss, Tyler Eustance, Zachery Eustance, Emily Frisbee, Joshua Hagen, Alana Ingham, Michael Jensen, Stephen Lennon, Joshua Mensing, Madeline Pierce, Michael Rockfellow, Patrick Spring, Kelsey Vandermeid, Andrew Zielinski.  Hilton High School offers AP courses in 12 subjects: Biology English, Calculus, Statistics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Physics, Biology, European History, Participation in Government, American History and World History.
