Hilton Board of Education member assumes
role of President of the 2011-12 Monroe County School Boards
Association
Hilton Central School
District's Board of Education current Vice President
Aggie Seneway has assumed the post of President of
the Monroe County School Boards Association at their
42nd Annual Meeting in May.
Ms. Seneway has served on the Hilton
CSD Board of Education for 12 years and was just reelected
to her fourth term. She is a Professor of Education at
SUNY College at Brockport in the Department of Education and
Human Development, a former Hilton CSD teacher and HCSD
Director of Pupil Personnel Services. She has served as
co-chair of MCSBA’s Labor Relations and Legislative
Committees.
Elected also were Suzanne Casey of
Webster CSD as Vice President and John Abbott of East
Irondequoit CSD for a tenth term as Treasurer.
Ms. Seneway has a long record of
service and leadership in groups such as the Lion’s Club,
Salvation Army, Park Ridge Youth Outreach, Hilton
Educational Foundation, Rochester Advocacy Center, and
Foodlink, among others.
