Northwood Theatre Club presents "A Broadway Musical Review" Jan. 18 & Jan. 19 at Hilton HS Auditorium; community welcome to attend

 Northwood Elementary School's Theater Club debuted "Broadway Musical Review" Jan. 18 and Jan. 19 in the auditorium at Hilton High School, 400 East Ave., Hilton, at 7 pm.  More than 70 fifth and sixth grade students sang, danced and performed a medley of Broadway hits.

Among the musical numbers featured in the show were: It's a Hard Knock Life, Footloose, I Just Can't Wait to be King, and We Go Together according to teachers Jennifer Sica and Melanie Murphy.

"Seventy-five fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students are performing this year," Mrs. Sica said. "We have been rehearsing since September for our Broadway Musical Review style show.  We will be accepting $1.00 donations at the door to help support Northwood Theater Club."
