Three Hilton High School seniors sign
letters of intent April 25 for UConn, Florida Southern and
RWC
Hilton High School
interscholastic sports teams turned out April 25,
2012 to show their support and pride for three of
their teammates who signed Letters of Intent:
Pat Meyer, Decathalete who will attend the
University of Connecticut in Storrs to participate
in their Track and Field program; Morgan Burns,
swimmer who will attend Florida Southern College in
Lakeland - Swimming; and Kate Steger- volleyball
player who will play for Roberts Wesleyan
College in Rochester.
Pat Meyer, right, is All-American in
the Pentathlon taking fourth place at the March 2012 Indoor
Nationals at the NYC Armory. He will continue in the
penthalon and decathalon at Div. I UConn. He plans to study
kinesiology in order to become a physical therapist.
Morgan Burns, center, will swim
breaststroke and IM at Div. II Florida Southern. She
plans to study nursing. Kate Steger, left, will attend
Div. II Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester where she
plans to major in business. "Congratulations to these
outstanding Hilton athletes," Hilton Director of Athletics
