Hilton Teacher of the Year for 2007 Music Teacher at the Village Elementary School Charles Palella

The Hilton Central Schools Teachers Association has named "Teacher of the Year" for 2007-08: Village Elementary Music Teacher Charles Palella.  Hilton Central Schools Teachers Association [HCSTA] President Robert Phillips announced the honor at the Sept, 4, 2007 at the Faculty Convocation at Hilton High School with the HCSD faculty in attendance.

Mr. Palella, music teacher at the Village Elementary School, was honored by his peers for "his commitment that goes beyond the school day . . . respected by children . . . positive role model . . .enthusiastic . . .creates a welcoming environment."
