As a Grade Level Leader, Roxanne models quiet, steady leadership. She approaches change with professionalism and positivity, providing reassurance and practical support to her colleagues. When the Science of Reading was introduced at Grade 2, she proactively created small-group instructional kits for her team—personalized in each teacher’s favorite color—to help ease the transition and reduce stress during a period of significant instructional shift.
