1:1 Student Technology

The Hilton Central School District is committed to providing a meaningful education. We believe that providing technology to our students has a tremendous impact on teaching and learning. We also believe that students need to leave the district equipped to efficiently and ethically navigate personal technology. To support this belief, the district has implemented a 1:1 student technology program. Students in grades K-2 have access to a Chromebook as part of a class set during the school day. Students in grades 3-12 are assigned a Chromebook for use during the school day that they may also take home with them.

HCSD 1:1 User Agreement for Students When receiving a device, students and parents agree to the terms of the HCSD 1:1 User Agreement for Students. This agreement contains ownership terms, daily expectations, acceptable use terms, and suggestions for general use and care, and can be accessed in full at the above link.
