All school athletes are required to have an approved physical. The physicals are good for one calendar year from the start of the sport season. Sports physicals can be done by your own physician or by the school physician. These physicals are offered in the summer months. Please contact the Athletic Office for dates and times: (585) 392-1000, ext. 2136

The re-certification process for sports clearance is now being completed online through FamilyID. Please see the Athletics/Re-Certification Process homepage for additional information. A student may not participate in any practice or game without first receiving approval from the school nurse through the re-certification process. 

Sports forms are available in the Health Office and Athletic Office.
