Merton Williams decided to join in the fun and have their own Welcome Fest this year! During lunch, students ate outside and had a lot of laughs playing soccer, football and corn hole. 🏈⚽️It was a great way to blow off steam after adjusting to being back to school!

The rain held off and the temps cooled down in time for Hilton High School's annual Welcome Fest! This celebration of the first week of school during lunch sets gives students a chance to eat outside, hang out with their friends and play games!

Hilton students are eating local! Each month, our Food Service staff will choose days where the lunch menu will feature NYS products & food from our local farms. The grant funded program, titled NYS Farms to Schools, is a win-win for schools, NYS businesses & farms!

And we're off! To a great school year that is! We're so happy to welcome back our students and staff. As you can see, there were plenty of smiles, hugs & high fives to go around! Thank you to our parents and guardians for all of your support! ❤ #HiltonBack2School #Welcoming #Affirming

The Bills reached out to Section V and VI teams offering one player from each team tickets to a practice and pre-season game, as well as the opportunity to play in a halftime scrimmage. Coach Terry Gilmore surveyed the team, and junior Mallory Heise was chosen by her teammates to participate! She will play in a halftime scrimmage at the Bills-Colts pre-season game this Saturday, Aug. 12. The Hilton Cadets attended Bills camp and have also been invited to Saturday’s game which begins at 1 p.m. Go Mallory!
