Get Ready for an evening of incredible music on June 25 when the Hilton Jazz Ensemble returns to "The Big Tent" at the Rochester International Jazz Festival (now called the Wegman's Pavillion). This will be the third year in a row of being invited to perform in one of these coveted time slots in this particular venue. To date, Hilton is the only HS group to be invited to perform at a venue other than the Gibbs St. Stage during this festival. The performance is scheduled for a 6 p.m. start.

If you happened to watch ESPN SportsCenter this weekend, you might have recognized the person who grabbed the top spot in the Top Ten Plays. Hilton High School graduate Preston Prince now pitches for Florida International University-and his diving catch of a bunt attempt in a game with Dallas Baptist University on Saturday earned the accolade. Prince struck out a career high ten batters in the game which FIU lost 12-10.
