District Improvement Team

The District Improvement Team's (DIT) purpose is to implement and communicate the spirit and regulations of the New York State system of standards and assessments, district curricular outcomes, and major initiatives that comprise Hilton’s Strategic Plan and Instructional Framework. The team is also charged with reviewing significant school improvement initiatives to apprise and advise the Board of Education appropriately.

The team consists of representative stakeholders from all five schools and Central Office, including parent representatives from each building, students from Hilton High School, teachers, administrators, Board of Education members and community members.
